Once your appointment is booked, the only thing we ask is that all window screens are removed before our arrival. On the day of service, a technician will knock and let you know we’re getting started. We’ll then complete the scheduled cleaning with our full detail process.

When finished, we’ll knock again and walk the property with you to make sure everything looks great before payment. If you’re not home, you’re welcome to take a look when you return and submit payment online at your convenience.

Pressure washing uses higher pressure for hard surfaces like concrete.

Soft washing uses low pressure and specialized solutions for siding, roofs, and delicate surfaces — safer and more effective.

Can pressure washing damage my home?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. While we can take credit cards if needed, we prefer not to since processing fees add an additional 3% cost. Most homeowners choose one of our other payment options to avoid that fee.

Yes. We offer exterior-only or full interior & exterior window cleaning. Most homeowners choose exterior-only since we specialize in detailed exterior glass, frames, and sills — but we’re always happy to take care of the inside as well if needed.

You don’t need to be home for exterior-only cleaning — we regularly complete exterior services while homeowners are away. For interior services, even with our professional, honest, and trustworthy crew, we prefer the homeowner to be present for their own peace of mind and comfort.

Yes. We use professional techniques along with a premium deionized (DI) water system that contains no minerals, salts, or chemicals. This allows windows to dry spotless and extra shiny while being completely safe — and even beneficial for surrounding plants and landscaping. Our process leaves no residue behind and poses no risk to your yard or home

It depends on the homeowner and the level of detail they prefer. Some clients who are very particular about their home have us out three times a year, while others are perfectly satisfied with one or two cleanings annually. Because we hand-scrub the glass, frames, and sills during each service, our cleanings tend to last noticeably longer than competitors who only clean the glass -  not surrounding area’s

Yes. We’re fully insured for residential exterior services. Although our team takes extra care to be extremely protective of every surface, our insurance ensures homeowners never have to worry about property damage or liability.
